Ports of origin
Most of our exports are shipped through the ports of Navegantes, Itajaí, Itapoá and Paranaguá. The choice of port is directly related to the logistical cost, however, regardless of the port of origin, we ensure the quality of our service.
Delivery options
We offer to our customers several delivery/shipment options, whichever best suits their needs, from EXW (Ex Works) to DAP (Delivery at Place). The most common methods are: CIF, FOB, and DAP.
NOTE: We do not offer DDP.

Documents Needed
Each importing country has its own requirements on the necessary documentation for clearance of goods at destination.
The requested documents are usually the following:

Pro Forma InvoiceAfter finalizing the deal, we will send a Pro Forma Invoice that has the contact details between the parties. Description of the merchandise, quantity, unit price, and total value of the order; Name of exporter and importer; Form and payment instructions; Terms or conditions of sale (Incoterms); Date of shipment; Port of embarkation and disembarkation; Signatures of both the local exporter and the importer with mutual agreement on the terms.

Packing ListThis document contains the details about the contents of the load. It is used at both the embarkation and the disembarkation of the merchandise. This document facilitates customs inspection.

Commercial InvoiceThis invoice contains all the elements related to the specific export process, it is considered one of the most important documents in the import and export process.

Bill of LadingAfter shipment, the Bill of Lading is issued and it proves that the merchandise is in transport to the destination port. The Bill of Lading is issued by the shipping company along with three copies according to the importer’s need.

Certificate of OriginThe purpose of this document is to certify that the product is actually originating in the exporting country. Its issuance is essential in exports to countries that grant tariff preferences. The certificates of origin are provided by accredited entities upon presentation of the commercial invoice.

Phytosanitary CertificateIt is a document issued by the Ministry of Agriculture that certifies the phytosanitary condition of the of plants, parts of plants, or products of plant origin in accordance with the plant health protection standards of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA Brazil).
